City Parking Cards

Parking cards and card refills for the city parking meters are available at the Hillcrest Association office between 8am and 5pm. We are at 3737 5th Ave, on the second floor of the CA Bank and Trust Building.  Please call first, as our monthly refill quota often gets used up before the end of the month. New cards can be purchased in amounts of $10 or $45, and refills can be made in increments of $1.00. Currently we only accept Cash or Checks, not credit cards.
