Hillcrest Business Improvement District is bounded:

On the North by Lewis and Washington Streets

On the West by Front Street

On the South by Upas Street and Balboa Park

On the East by Park Boulevard.

 

All businesses within these boundaries, including any on the inside of the bounding streets, are members of the Business Improvement Association and are assesed a fee with their annual business license. Owners of these businesses are eligible for seats on our Board of Directors and any of our committees.
